From time to time we will offer a chance to earn double points on your purchase. Your Bonus Points are added to your account automatically, but can take 3-5 business days to show, when you meet the specific requirements stated for the offer.
To view your Reward Points, click the “My Account” link at the top of our site then click “Reward Points” in account manager.
Reward points are not earned from the shipping cost. Reward Points cannot be applied toward the shipping cost.
We ship your order via the United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders over $49 qualify for FREE SHIPPING. All other orders ship First Class Rate $4.95 or upgrade to the Priority Shipping Rate $6.95.
Our products are Made-To-Order which allows us to keep our prices low. Also, many of our products are personalized to your specification. Most orders are completed and ready to ship within 3-5 business days upon your approval of the design. When your products are shipped, we will email a tracking number for your convenience.
We currently ship only to the contiguous US. That means we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, other US territories, or APO/FPO addresses. We hope to add these locations soon. We ship all orders from North Eastern Pennsylvania.
No, we can’t ship to a PO Box. We only deliver to street addresses.
