Refund Policy

You may request a refund prior to your items being processed. Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

IMAGINARY INK is under no obligation to honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:

  • Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail or courier service.
  • Depending on the price of the product, we may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item.
  • Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval.
    -To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to request and approve samples before making a purchase.

Refunds & Returns

To request a refund, please contact us using our CUSTOMER SERVICE form and choose refund request as the reason.

We use STRIPE, PAY PAL and VENMO as our authorized payment processors.

If a refund request for payment of goods or services is approved:

  • We do not charge fees to issue the refund
  • The original payment processing charges, as defined by the payment processor, will not be returned to you.

The fees that STRIPE or PAYPAL or VENMO charge to process the original payment will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 5 business days to process your refund even if the refund status shows “Complete” in your account.

Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled and a refund cannot be issued.

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges unless the item has been delivered damaged or defective.
Items delivered damaged are subject to an investigation by the delivery agent.

If the item is damaged, it needs to be reported within 3 days of delivery. Please MESSAGE US if you have an issue.

All of our items are custom made and printed just for you, because of this, we DO NOT accept Returns or Exchanges.

If there is an error on our part – please contact us to resolve the issue.

We do not offer refunds on RUSH Fees. If you choose our RUSH SERVICE to expedite an order, then cancel the order, you agree to forfeit the fee for this service.

The following is very important because a customized product cannot be returned and your purchase is non-refundable.

  • Each custom product is made specifically to your specifications and as a result, your orders cannot be returned.
  • Order approval: You may request a design sample of your product and give us your approval prior to making your product.
  • Upon your request, you will have a chance to review your design choices and make changes before you order is fulfilled.

PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT before you give the approval to proceed.

If you want to make a correction, you can do so before your order is processed. Please let us know as soon as possible.

Credit card refunds can take up to one billing cycle for the funds to appear back in your account.
